Compliments to a bullish season Lol! most people don't understand the concept of "buying the dip" buying the dip is all about buying digital assets when their prices are down and selling off when the price rises. Holding is profitable, although trading is far more profitable. Last bill run coin market cap excluded all the xrp price data from Far East exchanges, led to panic selling, effectively tanking the price. This time round before it even has a chance to get out if the starting blocks this bullshit lawsuit is filed. It’ll be thrown out I would think, but they’ve shook the weak hands out again. if everything plays out like this, expect xrp to rise like a phoenix and you will see Lambo Candles , biggest candle ever in history . xrp price $1k-2k sooner then we think . more then 90% of cryptos will go to Zero or just be shitcoins . watch . i wouldnt recomend selling . just trade other coins for the time being and with those profits buy more xrp while its this cheap . cause all know in minutes it can hit $.60 , then $0.80 , then Ath . when ath is broken , the blue skies are open . meaning nothing can stop it because there is no history to show any price action or anything . we held this long for this moment. a few more weeks wont hurt

This premise is ridiculous. First of all that was NOT the advice, to sell digital stock, in 1994/95. I worked at the largest rating company at that time. The advice was to buy. That prompted the bull market. Second, rich people trying to “get a discount” is ridiculous. A few pennies do not matter to someone trying to collect an asset that is supposed to 25x. Thirdly, THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE DEFINITION OF A SECURITY. These charges have already been leveled in previous class action suits. These are not new charges. This looks like an attack on the confidence in the project to destroy it from the inside out. Think Al Capone being brought up on tax violations. Take the emotion out of this and look at what is happening. Why would they want to remove XRP? Same as every other attack: To preserve power and money.
