  1. What about everyone who bought the coin?…I didn't buy mine thinking it was a security. Doubt anyone did. So if the sec were able to say it is then everyone bought something they didn't want to buy. Could we as coin holders push a class action against the sec for interference of our coin? Perhaps it would help close the case?

  2. Why don't you cover Gary taking over SEC, and the good history Gary has had with Ripple as a teacher and head of the blockchain department at MIT. Even accepting 10's of millions from Ripple on one of his projects, which he now has to decide if he took illegal funds from them or not??

We know the price is being manipulated and held low for instructions to pick it up cheap.

  3. Nice video! I was able to build a big income stream during the covid 19 pandemic investing with a professional broker, Mrs Jessica Morgan. So glad I ventured into Bitcoin investment.

  6. They need to buy time to set up everything before flipping the switch. They also need the economy to crash plus they won’t let XRP rise unless the economy crashes otherwise how can they present themselves as our saviours – create a problem – wait for the reaction – present the solution. Things will be ready by August/September. Everything is planned like a play where each party has its entrance and exit … the worlds a stage.

  8. The SEC vs Ripple saga, especially the timing of the law suit, is the ultimate hint that XRP really is the one.

  9. Apparently the moon lambo never watched the entire Hogan video regarding this topic…and he’s just taking this article at face value. The article is totally not in alignment with hogans commentary regarding the SEC ripple settlement prospects. The articles suggestion is totally misleading. HODL.

  10. Hi Mat, I enjoy listening to your podcasts and find your content very interesting. Wanted to ask you, if XRP is at whichever point determined that it is not a security, would that be a great time to sell, like as soon as the news comes out, or it will continue to go up.from there?

  11. I don't think this is a bad news because this only shows how confident they are in winning that they want to risk it.

  12. The February 22nd. pre trial is going to be in front of the Judge, do you even know what that means. the Judge is the mediator who during the time of the conference encourages the two parties to come to an agreement and if they can't the Judge at that time if he or she deems necessary can..(order them to come to a agreement) right then at that moment. It's at the discretion of the Judge. It could very well be over on the 22nd. or not.

  13. What if XRP was never sold to the people? Biggest mistake by the big money ever

  14. SEC is doing first round posturing. There will be a settlement earlier. The judge can stop this anytime, and will probably order SEC to settle or drop after reading same thing you did.

  15. I'm skeptical… Im gonna hold a little xrp just in case. Headlines tend to be market manipulation sometimes… What if they're just talking down the market??? OF COURSE they're not gonna say a settlement is imminent…if they did that the price would skyrocket b4 the case is over. That's not good IF the coin is to be used for what they intend. Institutions want it cheap!

  16. Very suspicious this whole SEC vs XRP debacle.
I believe this has all been created to deter and discourage Americans from acquiring and holding XRP and making sure they don’t benefit from this massive once in a lifetime buying opportunity.
I’m a Canadian and I see through this obvious manipulation and that’s why I’ve been buying XRP since it was .32 CAD and I’m lucky I’m able to buy being Canadian.

  32. SEC should settle instead of embarrassing themself losing in the battleground. Like Elon Musk said about SEC is true.

  33. I wonder if Ripple wins the case and the accusations that were against ripple were the reason that XRP price fell and potentially lost future profits would help ripple counter sue to make up for lost wages and in terms driving the price of XRP through the roof! 🤔 what if XRP was on the verge of replacing Bitcoin or taking over its position and behind the scenes it was really sabotage…. 😂 I’m just kidding idk just makes me wonder how could you target a crypto currency stating it’s a security without much evidence and in particular why Ripple of all? I could be wrong though idk 🤷 lol

  42. In the Legal Brief video, Lawyer Jeremy mentions that settlement was not achieved with the past office / previous administration. Which is key. Now, the new administration, might consider a settlement. Maybe the sec just want the case to move forward wether the sec has a strong case or not. I don’t know Rick..
